A Cold and Terrible Beauty

My latest piece. I created this for a winter themed contest over at Deviant Art, hosted by Mizzd-stock. The model is referenced from one of her images (required in the contest).

It figures that while I was working on this we had our first ice storm of the year, right? The dead trees look really pretty all coated with silver, but everything else just looks wet, and cold, and slick and miserable.
